We present to you the second Baltic Porter – our Brewery Polish Treasure, a strong, rich and warming beer. This is a stronger version of the previous Porter, for a change we have aged it for 308 days in a red wine barrel. What effects did it bring? Over 300 days of aging in a barrel gave the beer a noble profile. In the foreground, there are wine notes, aromas of red grapes and cherries. Immediately after them feel oak, which is characterized by a vanilla and slightly coconut hint. Later dark, chocolate and coffee notes arrive. Porter Komendowy 308 is a very limited version, only 372 numbered bottles of 0.33l will be available. On the day of the premiere Porter Komendowy will visit us on the tap for one day.
If you want to try our beer, we invite you to its premiere, which will take place on Wednesday, February 21, at 18:00 in the Stara Komenda Brewery. During the premiere you will be able to meet the author of the Porter’s 308 – brewer Filip Mazur.
The premiere of beer will take place simultaneously in Warsaw in the Same Krafty pubs vis-à-vis and Craft Beer Muranów – Piwny Świat.
