Pumpkin Ale (Pumpkin beer) is extremely aromatic beer due to the use in the brewing process of a mixture of herbs and spices known from the very popular “Pumpkin Pie” in the United States. Cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice, nutmeg in combination with the characteristic Belgian brewing yeast made the beer perfectly integrated into the autumn aura, and the addition of roasted pumpkin gave the beer a deep color and taste.
