Belgian IPA is a beer that combines two beer worlds, on the one hand new-wave American hops, and on the other – classic Belgian brewer’s yeast. This combination gave us beer with an extraordinary aroma of tropical fruits, and the addition of fresh lemongrass and Thai Kaffir lime leaves gave the beer distinctive floral and citrus accents. The whole is complemented by pleasant maltiness and a distinct bitterness characteristic of India Pale Ale.
